Who we are
Ready Steady Growth Lab (RSGLab) is a trading name of Cashito LTD, registered in England and Wales, based in London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
The diagnostic form collects your name, corporate email, company, website or app URL, industry, the bottlenecks you select and any notes you add. We also collect basic technical data about your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location.
Why we process it
We use it to prepare and deliver the diagnostic, reply to your enquiry and keep a record of the engagement. Our lawful bases are legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where required, your consent. We never sell your data.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. We share data only with processors under written contract (hosting, email and analytics providers) and with advisers where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or request portability by contacting us through the diagnostic form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
