These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which we provide services. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal that takes precedence over this page.
Services
We provide growth engineering services across acquisition, lifecycle, data and AI, and cloud infrastructure and security, including fractional leadership. Scope, deliverables and timing are agreed in writing before work starts.
Fees
Prices shown on this site for the AI UGC engine are starting points and exclude applicable taxes. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Media spend is billed separately and is never included in a retainer.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to accounts, data and approvals, and you confirm you hold the rights needed for any brand assets, likeness or voice supplied to us. Synthetic ambassadors must be used in line with the platform rules where they are published.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private. Creative assets and models built for you are licensed to you on full payment. Case studies, benchmarks and playbooks in the vault remain our property and may not be redistributed.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
